There is often a big surprise when something unexpected sells well. And this year is no exception to that! We were asked to create a mug with the saying "Do the Needful" for a workgroup whose jobs are slowing bleeding to another unnamed country. This fun mug was a rallying point for those workers and added a bit of fun to their shakey job prospects.They bought some mugs. Other people saw the mugs online and asked for mousepads with the same phrase. We made mousepads. Then t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, tote bags and heck, even baby bibs and outfits.
There are serious "Do the Needful" designs and humorous ones. Some are silly and colorful like this one and others are sedate. But "Do the Needful" is striking a note with people from many different places and this is an indication of what is on the minds of many people at their workplaces.
